Sales Specialist
Role description

Xnext is a young and rapidly growing company that has developed innovative technology for the quality control of industrial products based on multispectral X-ray analysis. In order to support company growth, we are looking for 2 Sales Specialists to be included in the internal sales network covering the North-East and North-West areas of Italy. Reporting to the Sales Department, the Sales Specialist will have to ensure the sales objectives defined in the Xnext annual budget and in the multi-year strategic plan.

You will be responsible for

Your task

  • Implementation of sales guidelines in order to achieve objectives assigned budget targets
  • Customers and prospect growth for the assigned area
  • Analysis of the market and competitors
  • Monitoring of the main KPIs of the Sales area in coordination with sales management
  • Preparation of required periodic reporting
  • Scouting for business opportunities and stakeholders in the area.

Your Profile

  • Vast experience in the sale of high-end products technology (knowledge of inspection systems a plus for quality control based on X-rays and/or metal detectors)
  • Good knowledge of the industrial machines application sectors, with a focus preferably on the agri-food sector
  • Excellent ability to analyse and evaluate business opportunities and strong customer relationships
  • Negotiating intuition, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills for your own work
  • Able to work towards objectives with short notice and under stress
